This 4th of July, make your way to Nikki Beach for an all-day celebration starting at noon featuring an all you can eat brunch buffet featuring a myriad of stations and dishes ranging from savory prime rib and whole roast pork, to live paella stations with fresh seafood, handmade pasta made to order on site, custom omelettes, house pickled vegetables, Nutella waffles (you’ll find me at this station- yum), decadent desserts, and my favorite the craft Bloody Mary bar.
Once 5pm rolls around, CAMP NIKKI BEACH takes over. Locals and tourists alike are welcome to feast on the ultimate burger selection (starting at $10) with options that include a Donut Burger featuring American cheese and pork belly bacon that’s smashed between two glazed donuts – YES PLEASE! Other burger options include the Tex Mex Burger (avocado, beef patty, Pepper Jack cheese, with a pepper sauce on the side) and the Return of the Mac (beef, fried mac & cheese, bacon, fried egg, lettuce, and tomato).
Finish the night off with a massive fireworks show over the water -one of only two that takes place directly on South Beach – while reclining on the beach club’s luxurious day beds or sit with your toes in the sand teepee-side watching the night sky.
Not a bad way to celebrate 4th of July!
