STK Introduces Sizzling Summer Menu

Summer is finally here and STK Miami is ready for you with a menu that will satisfy all your cravings and cocktails that will keep your cool through the warm summer days.

Since it’s remodeling over a year ago, STK has returned to Miami Beach at the 1 Hotel to solidify itself as one of the best steakhouses in South Florida. If you haven’t been there yet, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? With a seasonal menu that changes to give you the freshest options and a chic, sexy decor STK promises to give you a dining experience that will leave you feeling like an ultra VIP.

This summer you can expect to find seafood options like Tuna Tartare served on a taro chip with avocado and a honey emulsion, oysters on a half shell, Alaskan Red King Crab, a refreshing ceviche, Spanish grilled octopus, sea scallops served with a short rib marmalade, sweet corn, Hawaiian hearts of palm and an English pea puree and more. My favorite would have to be the Chile Relleno which you can find in the starter menu which is stuffed with lobster, king crab, topped with a short rib marmalade and a béarnaise sauce – seriously W-O-W!

If you’re more of a meat-eater, well than, STK definitely has you covered with their dry-aged 34 oz Tomahawk, big enough for two and literally melts in your mouth. Other meat options include their A5 Japanese Wagyu, the Porterhouse, and their filet and rib-eyes. And don’t forget to ask for the STK sauce!

For sides, it’s like your grandma’s country cooking if you were from the south, but with a twist. You have to try the sweet corn pudding which has always been one of my faves, or the creamy yukon potatoes which you can add truffle and lobster too – OUT OF THIS WORLD!

To wash it all down, STK is fully embracing the sweet tastes of summer with their latest drink options the Strawberry Cobbler made with Vodka, fresh muddled strawberries, simple syrup, and sour mix served in a martini glass rimmed with graham cracker crumbs. It’s like a dessert and a cocktail all in one. If you’re a tequila drinker like me, definitely try the Summer Breeze made with Don Julio, fresh watermelon juice, and served with a sliced jalepeño that gives it a tiny little kick.

And who can forget dessert? To keep you cool STK has a mini ice cream cone sampler that brings gelato made from Don Julio and Dom Perignon. Also on the menu, you can find a key lime bar, a Bag O’ Donuts filled with dulce de leche, spiced chocolate sauce or a raspberry sauce, or a silky smooth Pavlova topped with fresh berries and whipped cream. Just a few of the sweet treats offered this summer.

If you’re on the beach in the afternoon, make sure to take advantage of the Happy Hour from 3:30p to 8:00p everyday or head to the bar where the Happy Hour menu is available all day Thursday through Sunday.

It’s summer, go out and indulge!
