Kiki on the River is getting into the spirit of July 4th with their own take on the classic BBQ with a twist. Chef Steve Rhee is firing up a Greek-inspired menu featuring delicious eats that are a step above your dad’s backyard feast.
Some of the American classics on the menu include the Lamb Merguez Sandwich made with spicy lamb, peppers, onions, on a pita, with Tzatziki, a Chorizo Sandwich (Argentinian Chorizo, peppers, onions, on a poppy seed bun) or your choice of Lamb Ribs or the traditional American favorite, the Baby Back Ribs that are slow-cooked for 18 hours smothered in a house dry rub and finished with house BBQ sauce.
Other menu items include the Kiki on The River Hamburger (house blend burger, frisee, caramelized onions, blue cheese, on a brioche bun) and a Grilled Chicken Club (grilled chicken breast, bacon, lettuce, onion, tomato, Swiss cheese, on a brioche bun). All of these are under $20 and served with grilled the classic bbq sides; corn on the cob and a choice of coleslaw or potato salad– I mean you can’t have a bbq without potato salad.
As part of the Fourth of July theme, there will be a featured cocktail of the day – Kiki’s Fired Up! This American inspired cocktail will be served chilled to perfection with Ketel One Oranje Vodka, freshly made in house lemonade, Blue Curacao and Grenadine layered over finely crushed ice. All about the Red, White, and Blue!
It all kicks off at 1pm!
