Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice

Its November and we all have our inner BASIC busting at the seems, so Ron Barceló hooked it up with a delicious cocktail recipe that will have you feeling anything but basic.

Combining Ron Barceló Añejo,hot coffee, pumpkin purée and demerara syrup, the buzzy coffee will keep you warm this fall – even in Miami. 

Pumpkin Spiced Dominican Coffee

1.5 oz Ron Barceló Añejo

.5 oz Demerara syrup

.5 oz pumpkin purée

4 oz hot coffee

Build all ingredients in an Irish coffee glass

Top with unsweetened whipped cream

Garnish with star anise
