Pumpkin Spiced Dominican Coffee
1.5 oz Ron Barceló Añejo
.5 oz Demerara syrup
.5 oz pumpkin purée
4 oz hot coffee
Build all ingredients in an Irish coffee glass
Top with unsweetened whipped cream
Garnish with star anise
