
The Junior Orange Bowl’s 2nd annual Family Day is coming to Tropical Park on Saturday, October 1st and everyone is invited!

Known for their diverse athletic, academic, and cultural events throughout the year the Junior Orange Bowl is a non- for- profit organization that hosts youth competitions that draw over 7,500 youth from Miami as well as Florida, and across the United States. In their history they have had over 76 countries compete in various events. Their aim is to provide healthy competitions that showcase the skills, talents, and strengths of children from the ages of 5 through 18.
To give back to the community and tell everyone all about their upcoming events the Junior Orange Bowl will host their 2nd Annual Junior Orange Bowl Family Day.
There will be carnival games, entertainment, educational resources, prizes and giveaways for the entire family to enjoy as you learn all about the opportunities and events the Junior Orange Bowl has in store for the year. For the kids their will be inflatables, rides, face painters, music, and more. The parents will be able to enjoy food from some of South Florida’s greatest food trucks and have access to useful information such as financial services, health screenings, insurance, and accessibility awareness.

Kids and parents alike will have the opportunity to snap a selfie with the Junior Orange Bowl mascot, Jobie, and all of his friends from the Marlins, Heat, FIU, UM, Orange Bowl, Miami Dade College, Miami Seaquarium and more. This is the perfect way to spend a family funday!
It all starts at 11am at Tropical Park located at 7900 SW 40th St, Miami, FL, and go on until 4pm.
