5th Annual MCHF 5K for Nicklaus Children’s Hospital

The Miami Children’s Health Foundation is hosting their Fifth Annual Miami Children’s Health Foundation Run/Walk 5K on Saturday, September 19th in Coral Gables and everyone is invited to join in on the fun.

The MCH5K is the largest annual community event for MCH and their main focus this year is to FUNraise for the children at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital to continue providing the world-class care that they need and deserve.  Presented by Sabadell United Bank the MCHF5K is designed to increase awareness of Nicklaus Children’s Hospital and its pediatric sub-specialties, showcasing their cutting-edge research, work, talent and the dedication of their physicians and staff.

The family friendly event will feature a Kids Race, Kids Fun Zone, Vendor Village and custom dry-fit t-shirts and medals for all 5K participants. The run/walk also offers the opportunity for individuals and teams to support and raise funds for Nicklaus Children’s Hospital world-class care, patients and families. Businesses can also take the opportunity to fundraise, while showcasing their brands to thousands of run/walk participants.

This year, it’s my honor to announce that I’ve been asked to be part of the MCH5K as a special guest.  I’ll be joining in on the fun, posting pictures, tweeting live, and sharing special moments  throughout the race.  Join me and many others as we walk/run for a cause and show support for some amazing children.
